I had problems with Black Snake Moan also. 4 out of 5 of my problem discs are all Paramount, Mpeg4, DD+ discs. I'm guessing Paramount does something just a little ...

Hi!

I'd suggest you try to carefully and thoroughly clean all 5 of your problematic discs - and I'd look for physical damage on "Pan's Labyrinth", particularly near the inner ring and outer edge of the disc.

Let us know if these suggestions yield any positive results...

Just posted my 5 problem discs. This is out of 32 attempts so overall great software! I'll definitely be purchasing! I hope we can get these last ones resolved as then I'll be 100% HD-DVD free, which is good since my LG BH200 is on the fritz. Thanks for the thread!

Thanks. I figured this out. I was running Plex 8 and it had issues with the EAC3 track. Upgraded to 9 and all is well.

I'm not sure if this is a MakeMKV issue or a player issue, so I figured I'd just ask. My LG BH200 is about to die so I'm in the process of trying to backup all my HD-DVDs to my Drobo and play them with Plex.
