The font size for MakeMKV does not scale properly for me, so the text is tiny and almost impossible to read. The Windows display option to "Fix scaling for apps" is enabled. If you want to rip UHD then yes, you have to crossflash it. Those instructions are only for the BP50NB40 and WP50NB40 drives with SVC NB52. Just look at the sticker underneath the drive.

Thanks for the reply Billycar11,

I tried the "The all you need firmware pack" and "Downgrade Enabled Firmware V.2", both say there is a checksum mismatch and to try again.
