I was able to get it working, but it takes some effort. These instructions are for Windows. Edit the host file on your computer (C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts) and add the following line to the bottom of it. Site was down due to non payment, I just went ahead and paid it for a month. I really hope the dev is ok.
