What does this mean?

With the lastest MS update version 2004.
Makemkv fails with the message : "The program can't find any usable optical drives"
If I uninstall/reinstall. its ok, until I close the app and start it again, then the same error message?

There seems to be two available Titles on the disk, one around 63GB and 1 around 65GB.. Any thoughts are which one is correct ?

I purchased the asus drive and it came with 3.00. I wanted to update the firmware to 3.01 so I used the download provided in the previous threads.

Does anyone have the correct playlist for Netflix Hell or High Water?
I also understand powerdvd will provide the correct playlist, is that correct ?

I did a clean install for windows 10 and installed Makemkv. However, I failed to notice I don't have the license key email with the license key in it anymore. Is there a way I can get the key? I still have the original windows system, which I can restore, if the key is there somewhere.

My Bad... The episodes are only 28 minutes and I had the "skip" set to 1800 seconds.

Trying to rip the new HBO series "girls" . Makemkv isn't showing episodes 2-5 on disk #1, and zero (0) episodes on disk 2. There aren't any error messages, etc.
I am on the lastest release using Windows 8. I have successfully ripped other disks on W8..
Any thoughts ?
