Disc reading issues - Disc issue?
Hello,
Based on the errors post, I think this is a disc issue... Some discs will copy, I have a couple Harry Potter ones that don't. Thoughts?
WH16NS60 1.02, Libre Drive enabled, running the drive via an external USB adapter.
Here is the debugging log:

Jumanji (1995) UHD Disc Reads No DIsc
Hello,
Make MKV 1.16.3 with my WH14NS40 flashed with MK 1.02 WH16NS60. Upon inserting this disk it spins for a bit and comes up as No Disc. UPC 043396505605.
Any thoughts? Is this common? I ripped my UHD Bourne collection fine.
Edit:the disc does have numerous very light scratches around the inner ...

Re: Ultimate UHD Drives Flashing Guide Updated 2021
I think you misread. The recommended firmware for your drive is WH16NS60 1.02-MK, not NS40.
Yes, you use enc the first time you flash and yes, the Unitek 1039 should work just fine.
Marty, thanks for the reply. I see that now in the first post. I assumed that info may have not been updated ...

Re: WH14NS40 - Flashed to Official 1.05, now reads "No Disc"
The new one should say it was built in the last 6 months, so it will be capable of UHD. And compatible with flashing with new firmware.
Any drive built prior to the end of 2015 is not going to be capable of UHD ripping at the hardware level. The original firmware, though, may be capable of ...

WH14NS40 - Flashed to Official 1.05, now reads "No Disc"
Hello,
I have an old WH14NS40 from October 2012 (originally on firmware 1.00). I was on official 1.03, when a DVD/BluRay disc was inserted it would just spin a never read the disc in MAKEMKV. I figured it would not hurt to update the firmware to the latest version, so I went out to the LG site and ...
