Re: Correct playlist for Wild Card (2015)
If you are running Windows, you can use Google to search for "bluray playlist obfuscation youtube", to find video instructions on how to find the proper file for the version of the disk that YOU have. Many of these disks that have the hundreds of titles have a different correct title, dep...

Re: "Divergent" "rental" disc correct file number: 810
Sorry i am a little new but how do you tell you are on file 810? File 00810.mpls was added as title #249 Right click on the area with checkboxes and do a Unselect all. Scroll down until you find this line, check just that one, then rip. Edit: Jesus fuck, this movie sucks. Don't bother. Burn disc, s...

Re: What is the price of MKV?
Conveniently, this has been discussed numerous times before. It is what it is, and it's not going to change. SC I think the OP's line of questioning is how much it costs all in with taxes and fees that I never paid using third party vendors that are getting a cut. Not the eternal bitching that $50 ...

Have the makers of MakeMKV ever received a Cease and Desist?
I am wondering, and I hope it isn't too much to ask, but have the makers of MakeMKV ever received a Cease and Desist letter from, well, anyone? I have been using the product for probably two years but I bet this scares the crap out of the studios. I wouldn't put it past them to send nastygrams. On t...

577 on the rental. Not sure about the retail version. I watched it all the way though and it is correct.

Re: RED 2
I ended up ripping 577. It seems to be correct. I ripped this after a few bad choices. Thanks for the pointer. I watched it all the way through. I can vouch for it. It is correct. This is for the rental that I got from a Redbox. Oh, and this sequel is actually better than the first. I give it a sol...

Re: [Solved]MakeMKV GUI on Windows (7, x64) Sets path using
Same here. I actually came over to try to find the old version. I couldn't figure that one out - I didn't even try browse. I thought it was a permissions issue because I am using a mapped drive to throw the files on a different computer. That might be something to clear up in the next version. A min...

Spaceballs: $7.88, 25 years old. AACS31, BD 2012.6!
Seriously, why such badass encryption on such an old catalog release? And it is priced to move. So well priced to move I have a copy delivered from Amazon today. I don't understand the studios sometimes. I would expect this on Titanic (which released with AACS26 and no BD) but not Spaceballs.

Re: In Time Bluray won't rip
Last I checked, the latest official version of AnyDVD didn't work with this movie, but the bet version did. You are correct, thanks for that info. This 48 hour old beta version of AnyDVD HD works like a champ: http://sandbox.slysoft.com/beta/SetupAnyDVD6918.exe You can use this in conjunction with ...

Re: In Time Bluray won't rip
Doesn't work for me either. Attempting rip on the retail version extended UPC #0-24543-78296-4-80 purchased at Best Buy. Anyone know if AnyDVD HD will work for this title? That has worked for me in the past in the very few cases where MakeMKV couldn't do the decrypt until the next version.

Re: Cost of MakeMKV
The page for MakeMKV at VideoHelp lists it as $70. SC Well there you go. You just got a $20 discount. The price is 50 euros so that is about $70. The OP is right on the price. On the other hand, I just wanted to say that I think it is unfair to compare the cost of this to Office Home which sells mi...

Criterion: 'Seventh Seal' and 'The Wages of Fear' No Audio
I know this was explained before as some sort of audio format that is not fully supported that a few publishers use. Can anyone point me to that explanation? Anyone know a workaround and which discs use this format? Thank you.

Re: Mike Admin: Concerning Bitwise Correctness Of Ripped Fil
Thanks for the explanation. I have not done a full backup, I use the one step process and just rip right down to MKV files. Since I just watched one of those files - Kill Bill Volume 2 which kills VLC in a very specific place and I have that disc in my llibrary, I am going to try that out tonight an...
