More information. AnyDVD was able to decrypt and rip the same blu-ray disk to the hard drive without a problem. Running MakeMKV against the decrypted file structure, now on the hard drive, fails in similar fashion as when processing the original blu-ray disk. MakeMKV v1.6.2 win(x64-release) started ...

No errors reading the disk - the read completes and then the error messages immediately follow. Tried two separate copies of this disk. Also tried with two different drives on two different PCs.
