It's the disc or the drive no magic is going to happen sadly
These type of read errors on bluray are almost never a bug it's a hardware problem
The usual steps are
Clean disc
Replace disc
Clean drive not with cleaning disc open it and use alcohol.
Replace drive with BU40N or UHD pioneer ...

Goodfellas UHD HDR failing to load fully
Hi
Been trying to get this UHD disc to load properly for a couple of days now and even tried requesting new disc from Amazon in case the original was faulty but, there are problems with both.
The furthest I can get is that the disc eventually is recognised (e.g. disc title/ vol info, layers, ACS ...
