Dances with Wolves - subtitle problem
I would have thought that this BR would have had these subtitles HARDCODED for the SIOUX speaking parts of the film, but it is not. I have tried several times to rip this via MAKEMKV and to incorporate any and all english subtitles. It will not work...help please.

Re: First Blood
from what i can tell it differs from disc to disc, most likley it is either a bad batch or it was pressed at a different location. I tried a copy from Netflix, thats the one I couldnt get to work, the other one was borrowed from a friend and worked fine. The problematic disc alll have the same sympt...

Re: How to MKV Cars BD?
if you are trying to run it through Windows MEdia player then try another player, i.e. Splayer or Splash Lite.
if you get the same result then try re-ripping the BR with another app , like DVDFAB HD Decryptor, then convert to mkv with MAKEMKV

Re: Can you stop MakeMKV from assuming a title is fake?
i would try a different way
rip the dvd using DVDFAB HD Decrypter, use DVD Shrink to strip it down, get rid of menus ,etc.. Then if you still need to, Run through MAKEMKV

Re: Using multiple drives at the same time with makemkv
i think it can work but you most likley wouldnt be able to do anything else on your pc while it was transcoding. I have a decent PC and MAKEMKV will literally use whatever you have, however I tend to make it easier/ or harder on myself as I tend to rip the BRs using Anydvd first, then run them throu...

ISO's who would have guessed ??
in the middle of upgrading my kids media pc i had some older movies taken from DVD that I had to plop into an ISO as any kind of transcoding for whatever reason skewed the audio, for personal reasons I wanted to get away from a certain media player to favor another media player however this favored ...
