The multitude of playlist options is interesting.
I suspect the Java code in the BDMV\JAR folder is used to select the playlist.
There are a total of 432 playlists. The largest of these are 33.9GB.
Each 33.9GB playlist has 16 chapters in 15 stream files.
They all seem to start with segment 512 ...
