Making a blu-ray rip trigger hdr on tv
When I put a standard non 4k blu-ray disc in my sony ubp-x700 it triggers HDR mode on my sony x900E. Is it possible to make a rip do the same thing. I can play an uncompressed mkv rip through the usb port of the ubp-x700 but it doesn't trigger HDR. What I'd like to be able to do is play a compressed ...
