Update 2/21/25 - Due to unforeseen circumstances, I received responses as well as instructions from Alex regarding my drive and the problem has been resolved. I am very satisfied.
Initial problem 2/5/25: Faulty blu ray drive. No response from Alex.

Interesting. Don't know where you're going, but everything I click on just sends me to a Russian-language page I can't read. Thankfully, my key is good until the end of May. You must be using a link outside the ones provided in the Makemkv app help menu. Same here. I'm re-directed to a Russian webs...
