Theres any way to convert a dv mkv dual layer mixed into 1 video file, to a normal dual layer mp4? Extract the hevc stream from mkv with mkvextract (or tsmuxer, ffmpeg, mkvcleaver) and then demux the hevc stream with yusesoap tool (DEMUX.bat) which will split the layers and then build a new dual-la...
