Very happy with my new drive. It is smaller, faster and better than my previous one, and most importantly, thanks to Billy, it works! Shipping was quick and the drive arrived well protected and in great shape.

Out of all the 6 disk in the case this is the only one that refuses to work. Some of the other ones had a fatal error as well, but when I quit MakeMKV and restarted it they somehow worked. The debug log for MakeMKV for this failed disk is not (to me) all that helpful: Debug log started at Wed May 5 ...

Hello, I have been trying to copy disk 2 extended edition of LOTR Return of the King to copy to my NAS. Every time I run the program I get a Fatal error and the program quits. Hello, I have a M1 Mac mini and I was trying to copy my brand new, 4K LOTR disks (extended version) to my NAS. Several of the Disks are showing a "fatal error" and causing the program to close. One of the two seems to look pristine, the other one has a roughly ½ inch scratch in the middle ...
