Not sure if it matters, but I purchased the Steelbook version. I cant imagine the mastering would be different between the Steelbook and the regular 4k disc.

As of this time, the software has downloaded the latest database and I can now rip the 4k disc to mkv.

I also cannot rip my copy, I originally emailed to support@makemkv.com but it looks like that changed.

Its an LG BH16NS40 drive, my concern is what firmware am I suppose to use? The only one I have seen that matches is the BH16NS40-NS50 firmware, but I dont believe that is what my drive is. At least I dont see the NS50 anywhere is system information. Recommended Firmware to flash for MakeMKV: WH16NS...
