Re: Default output file name template
Would it be possible to add variable that uses file name as name for the output file name? So as I have ripped some discs to ISO before and now I would like to have them in MKV I use these ISOs as a source for MakeMKV but as most don/t correctly populate name of the output file I would like to use n...

Ok, thank you for confirming as my disc is spotless so it is not dirt on it that causes problems.
I wonder if we can flag it to MakeMKV team to get it resolved somehow.

Will try cleaning it and report back. Any specific ways to do it or just gentle wipe with a dry lint free cloth?

MakeMKV will not load / open Kraftwerk 12345678 3-D BD disc

Both have libra FW BU40N is 1.3 and other is 1.2). Is it matter of luck with finding drive that would ...

Re: Which 2nd UHD drive to get to cover discs which 1st cannot rip
Thanks for your reply. I saw them but they refer to faulty drives and have really nothing to do with my goal and situation. My LG is working fine but some discs it will not stomach. I am looking for 2nd drive to cover those. My 1st drive is not failing. Hope this explanation will attract your know-h...

Which 2nd UHD drive to get to cover discs which 1st cannot rip
Hi, I read that it makes sense to have two different drives to have a chance to cover all the discs one wants to rip in case 1st drive cannot handle some. I bought some time ago Hitachi LG-BH16NS40 Cross-flashed to a WH16NS60 on firmware 1-02mk but it does not read all disks. Which other drive would...
