I'm getting this same read error when backing up a Heart concert blu-ray: 002003:0000 Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:UNRECOVERED READ ERROR' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00000.m2ts' at offset '598407168'
