Luckily I had a previous version (1.5.4) saved. I uninstalled v1.6.0 and installed v1.5.4. Prince Of Persia converted to MKV with no issues at all.

I am trying to convert the Band of Brother Series with MakeMKV. I already have the blu ray files ripped to my hard drive. I opened disc one and it converted to mkv perfectly fine. When i try to open any of the other discs I get a fatal error (see attachment). Any ideas on what could be going wrong?
