Yes, except if I use exactly the same machine on Windows or Linux I get different behaviour. I can download from hkdata.fairuse.org fine.

Linux version not downloading hashed keys
1.16.4 for Windows is able to decrypt a disc that the Linux version is not.
The Linux version's .MakeMKV/_private_data.tar file doesn't contain any hkd*.bin files, where the Windows version's does.
DNS is fine, net access is enabled on both.

It's late here and I can't recall what tools I'd use, but try something that can read the discs in disc-at-once mode - even ddrescue on Linux. Then look at the images created in a hex editor - if they're all zeroes you're definitely not reading the discs in your current drive. If there's data there,...
