I have experienced the same error with the same DVD, on both my LITE-ON drive and the drive in my Dell laptop. I believe Rambo and Forgetting Sarah Marshall experienced this as well. I was able to rip just the movie from the DVDs of Rambo/FSM on DVDFab and those resulting files compiled fine in Make...
