The problem is that it goes straight to the begin screen and i won’t have option to select options. The blu-ray disc works perfectly

You appear to have created this dump using a Verbatim 43888 drive. Would you also happen to have access to a non-Pioneer UHD drive please? Your particular Verbatim creates dumps that are only really usable by MakeMKV itself, and not by KEYDB.
