Tried this on a completely different machine (the one I've been using to rip DVD's for over a year now - I have a large collection). Same thing. If I'm connected over RDP, MakeMKV cannot find the optical drive.
Bizarre.

Re: Option to deselect ALL subtitles?
Setting a preferred language does change it so it only selects the subtitle of the preferred language. Still, it would be a nice feature to tell the program not to select ANY subs by default, so I can then go in and individually select the one or two I might want... which wouldn't be very often, and...

Re: cannot see drive if connected over Remote Desktop
Yes, I am the administrator for all my machines which I RDP into. The optical drive is physically in the computer (Drive E). I can see it from Windows explorer, AnyDVD can see the disc, etc., but MakeMKV says that there are no optical discs present. Isn't that wierd? (btw, I've tried it with and w/o...

Re: Option to deselect ALL subtitles?
I haven't tried the "preferred language" but wouldn't that at best case still mean that the english subtitles would automatically be selected for all titles? As far as I can tell, "deselect all" only deselects all the titles. It does not deselect all from within a particular title.

cannot see drive if connected over Remote Desktop
I have a couple of dedicated PC's for ripping my discs. For some reason, when I use MakeMKV, it cannot recognize my Blu-Ray drive or disc when I'm connected over Remote Desktop. Anyone have any idea why, or what I might do about it?

Option to deselect ALL subtitles?
The way I'm ripping my Blu-Rays is without ANY subtitles (I just don't use them, and they have caused me issues with some of the conversions I do with the resulting files), or maybe ONE subtitle on the main feature only (I don't need subs on the special feature files). So, I end up having to go thro...

Re: Freewareorary key has expired and was removed...
I just grabbed the new key (says it's good 'til october), set my clock back, ran the program, registered w/ the new key, restarted the program, returned my clock to present time and it worked again!
