Tried cleaning and didn't change anything. I was able to watch the movie on my 4K Player in the living room and no problems. It's just the 4K drives for computers that hated it. So I sent it back for a replacement and will see what happens when I get it later today.

I wonder if some problems are because it's a 3 layer disc. My WH14NS40 drive always errors out right at the end with read errors and ends up failing after copying 99% of the main feature. When I use my BU40N slimline that supports 4K without patching it reads without a problem.

OK, here is the problem and the solution. The problem is if NAME and COMMENT are empty for each track then the current setting is to default to Title. That doesn't work for discs with multiple Episodes. You just get Title_t00.mkv, Title_t01.mkv and so on. No way to identify what disc the title is fr...

I have the same problem with DVD's. They never show the name of the DVD or Show. T%he output is always Title_00.mkv incrementing up. Nothing in the template setting seems to work unless it is a 4K and some Bluray disks.

I have one of those RS1013 drives as well and interested.
