Sorry the problem is solved. It turned out the drive didnt get enough power from just one usb plug. Plugged both in and it worked. By advice from Billy.

I bought this drive from Alex Coluzzi - Slim Sized LG BU40N Optical Drive w/LibreDrive Mod in a -Vantec Slim Optical Drive SATA > USB Enclosure. I have been trying to rip movies, but to my frustration I havent made it work. I have attached a few screenshots hoping someone may be able to help me out.
