Yeah, probably as polite as whining about a feature that's been present for several versions or overlooking expert mode.michael-m.mueller wrote:And really polite not just to add a link here to this thread, but letting me search for it instead...

Re: What about TWO preferred audio-languages?
Not necessarily cause you can already do that adding track weight as explained in the advanced forum.michael-m.mueller wrote:Great idea, isn't it?

Re: PGS Subtitles MakeMKV & Handbrake
When I open that file in BDSup2Sub.exe it already shows "246 warnings" when loading. Are you testing BDSUP2SUB++ Sassbot is working on? If you get the errors there too you might wanna ask about it in the official thread over at Doom9. He seems quite eager in fixing bugs/improving its capa...

Re: MakeMKV 1.7.5 - Subtitles not playing.
Aside from the (arguably minor) issues you noted, it's able to display subtitles in all the zlib-compressed versions I uploaded. Unless they are animated like the Lord of The Rings director's comments. The name of the current speaker fades in and out, which is not at all shown on the LIVE. given th...

Re: MakeMKV 1.7.5 - Subtitles not playing.
And probably anything else with decent PGS in MKV support. Define decent ;) I've tried 3 to 8 as well on the LIVE SMP and as already established only all subs are present as a stream but only the zipped ones are displayed but that only to varying degrees. #3 e.g. shows item 1 but lacks several in b...

Re: MakeMKV 1.7.5 - Subtitles not playing.
For each of these samples, can you tell me whether the PGS subtitles are viewable on your device or not? All play with VLC on my PC and all show up as having subs on the WDTV LIVE SMP. However, only PGS_type1_zlib.mkv gets displayed when subtitle default is set to on (the SMP ignores any forced fla...

Only by playing back the file or extracting the subs and checking them with BDSUP2SUB.

Re: Forced subtitles
Windows Media Center sucks. Having said that, if you don't want to shrink the movie you don't need Handbrake at all. Select all German streams and check the forced box under each. MakeMKV will now extract the complete German into one track and forced subs only into a separate track. Play back the mk...

Re: MakeMKV 1.7.5 - Subtitles not playing.
Played the "folder" on Asus Oplay with the entire structure, movie starts, and I can select all subtitles of many languages / audio streams, and they display fine... What do you mean by "the folder"? So you have the BD ripped to disc and when playing back the m2ts in it, the Opl...
