At least this error seems purely technical. The last time the site was down was a matter of policy at the ISP. Hopefully whatever the fault is at the moment can be fixed quickly.

It's back up this morning. Obviously a temporary glitch.

Re: website down?

Re: website down?

You're right. Just checked it and the site's back up. The purchasing option is still not available, but the beta key is there.

Re: website down?

My hopes, also. He's been pretty silent. Anybody close to him that can give us an update? Details not necessary. Just want to know he's ok.

Re: website down?

Agreed. A very nice program. That's why it's a bummer I can't purchase a registration key. Maybe soon.

Re: website down?

I would purchase it, however, it's not been available for purchase for quite a while. I keep checking back every week or so, hoping to see that the purchase link is up again, but as you've noticed, the website appears to be down so purchasing it is not an issue at the moment.

Re: website down?

Interesting. Don't know where you're going, but everything I click on just sends me to a Russian-language page I can't read. Thankfully, my key is good until the end of May. You must be using a link outside the ones provided in the Makemkv app help menu.

Re: website down?

Funny, I've been to both areas and neither tell me squat. You want to try again - and this time maybe offer something more instead of a cutesy remark?

Re: website down?

Good morning, Just discovered the same thing when I tried checking to see if MAKEMKV was again available for license purchase. I'm guessing that nobody has offered any insight as to why the site is suspended since yours is the only post I've seen? Anyone heard anything from Mike? Hopefully, someone ...

Re: Any idea when MakeMKV can be purchased ?

I have the same concern. I just checked - the trial key is due to expire on March 31st. That's six days from today. Possibly a new trial key will be issued by then if the technical issue isn't resolved?

Re: The Matrix Reoaded and John Wick: Parabellum

Hmm. The disc is clean (only a week old), but checked anyway, Cleaned the laser even though the drive is only two weeks old (BRUHD-PU3 properly downgraded) so I'm pretty sure that's not the issue. Did I mention that the drive processes fine up to 72% before the errors occur? Also, John Wick movies 1...

The Matrix Reoaded and John Wick: Parabellum

Having problems with these two titles. I've included a screenshot of what I get when doing The Matrix Reloaded. Other titles I've done work ok. Any idea as to why. I see that these two titles are in the UHD list (I just checked).

Re: BRUHD-PU3-PK BU12 to BU10?

Turns out you're exactly right. My anti-virus program was quaranteeing the file every time I ran it and was not informing me that it was doing it. I added the program to the real-time scanning exception list and it ran fine. Did both the recommended flashes and now I can process UHD discs. Thanks fo...

Re: BRUHD-PU3-PK BU12 to BU10?

I have the same drive setup as Seel68. I haven't been able to flash it as I can't get the ASUS flasher (ASUS_ODD_FW_Changer_(Modified) (24.8.2019) to work for some reason. Every time I try to run it it will open but automatically closes after about 10 seconds. Then, after about another 10 seconds or...
