Having trouble activating Dolby Vision

I've made all my 4k rips within the last 8 months. I'm using an Nvidia shield pro and kodi to play my files. Just purchased a new tv, Sony 77a80j, which supports dolby vision. Everything is activated in the shield and the tv to diplay dolby vision. Only getting hdr10 at the moment. Any ideas?

Is this typical as of now with 4k discs or is there a more rel...
