By the way, Handbrake recognizes the VIDEO_TS folder contents and will transcode it.

But I would love to avoid that time consuming process with MakeMKV.

Hi I have a few VIDEO_TS folders from Usenet that aren't recognized by MakeMKV. It won't even scan them. The file dialog box is simply grayed out when I navigate into any of the VIDEO_TS folders. In actuality, I didn't choose anything. I'm pretty sure the language is the default setting. I don't recall ever adjusting that setting (didn't even remember its existence until seeing this thread).
