I've noticed that a video stream made by MakeMKV is slightly bigger than the same video stream made by eac3to or dgdemux. The dgdemux and eac3to video stream is exactly the same size and the MakeMKV is a little bigger. Could anybody tell me why this might happen? Thank you

Any news on this issue? MakeMKV is a fantastic program which I've used for a long time and it still bugs me that when I skip to a chapter I get the last few frames from the previous scene. I'm having to extract the chapters with eac3to/dgdemux which tales alot more time.

I'm looking for opinions on the best program to extract audio, subs and chapters from an mkv file created by makemkv? I know of maybe around 3-4 programs but I'd like opinions to help me make my choice. Thankyou

I recently purchased a Pioneer BDR-S12XLT, 4K Blu-ray, Libredrive with BDR-S12UHT FW 1-03, with Vantec and was wondering if I can download the pioneer utility software to enable maximum performance? I want to do this as its taking around 30mins to rip one DVD9 disc?

May I ask how this works? Nearly every set of chapters created by makemkv are out of sync and the chapters created by eac3to are perfect so I'd like to basically use the eac3to chapter file instead of the makemkv chapter file
