OK, here is what MakeMKV says about the drive. My MakeMKV is in danish, so I've tried to translate all the danish parameters back to english.

Re: Asus BW-16D1HT: DVD and Blu-Ray regions
Yes, I'll copy it when I get home from Work.
The reason I'm interested in changing the Blu-Ray region is, that I've just bought a Blu-Ray with region A, and I live in Denmark, which is region B. I haven't received the new Blu-Ray yet though, so I haven't tested it in the drive.

Re: Asus BW-16D1HT: DVD and Blu-Ray regions
When I first tried inserting a DVD bought in Denmark, where I live, MakeMKV said, that the region was wrong and that it tried to Work around the problem, but nothing happened. I haven't seen that error with Blu-Ray discs, so for all I know the Blu-Ray region on the drive could be wrong as well, and ...

Asus BW-16D1HT: DVD and Blu-Ray regions
Hi,
So, I need to change the Blu-Ray region on my Asus BW-16D1HT drive, but I can't seem to find out how to do it. When I open the properties for the drive in device manager, there's a tab for changing the DVD region. Does this also change the Blu-Ray region, or does that one need to be changed in ...

Re: Asus BW-16D1HT slowing down while ripping
No, it doesn't show any errors as fare as I can see, it just gets stuck on the same percentage, while the timer just starts to go up.

Re: Asus BW-16D1HT slowing down while ripping
Is it that normal for this model to just get deffective after a short period of time? I've only heard posetive reviews about it so fare, and I've really enjoyed it's performence, apart from this. I have another of the exact same model with the exact same USB enclosure, which doesn't appear to have ...

Asus BW-16D1HT slowing down while ripping
Hi,
I've had this Asus BW-16D1HT drive for about half a year now, and I use it in an USB enclosure.
When I rip discs with Make mkv, either Blu-Rays of UHD Blu-Rays, The drive sometimes either slows Down or stops in the middle of the process, I'm not sure if it stops or just slows Down. It just ...

Re: Asus BW-16D1HT and UHD discs
But what is an automated flasher? Is it some sorth of custom made method to flash the drive more easily?
I looked for the Asus BW-16D1HT in the guide, but all I could find is a mension of a firmware called 3.10 MK, which I guess is different from the normal 3.10, which my drive seems to be running ...

Re: Asus BW-16D1HT and UHD discs
Thank you for the reply, but I'm still quite confused.
Which firmware would I have to flash to the drive in order to be able to rip UHD discs? As I understand it, there exists a 3.10 MK version of the firmware to this drive, but does MK mean that it's UHD compatible, or would I have to flash a ...

Asus BW-16D1HT and UHD discs
Hello,
I own an Asus BW-16D1HT drive, and I've purchased a set of UHD discs, which I haven't received yet, because they're still in the mail.
As I understand, the drive can not rip a UHD disc out of the box, if it's running firmware version 3.10, which mine is, but there schould be a method to ...

Re: A problem with DVD Audio Extractor
Thank you for the replies, I think I'll try and ask somewhere else then.
The problem is not to extract the audio stream it self. DVD Audio Extractor is a progran, which can extract audio streams to multible files divided by chapters, and can extract to multible audio formats. It's meant to be used ...
