I also have a LG BD 570 :roll: It can play mkv's without any problems ( Video H264 and Audio ACC ) if you wanna have subtitles to the movie, you need to put them outside the matroska container. I use handbrake for the video/audio encoding ( to create a mkv file ) Then i use subrip to rip and convert...

Hi all 
I had the same problem, what i did was to turn my date back 3 weeks, restarted the program, put in the beta serial and everything was fine
, i also turned my date back, Still working fine
