Yes, it finally worked now. I just turned it off then turned back on.

I found out that my drive crashed during loading disc, and it automatically restarted but did not execute LibreDrive routines.

Yes, I got the same error message when I tried to dump 'The Combat! complete series'. It turned out to be illegal copy. I bought it from eBay. Thanks for let us know about that.
