Reboot the app - kill the app process and then start the app again - fixed the problem for me. It seems that the Plex Android client app caches playback setting of files previously played (that is my guess). Renaming the mkv file name also works. That is pretty amazing development tbh, but when you say this method is destructive does it mean that it destroys DV metadata or something? Yup, I am pretty sure that there is some sort of conflict going on between HDR10+ and DV. Maybe someone here can shed some light on this? for now just wait and see. Is it normal for Makemkv to pause, usually halfway through the process and then resume after like 7-10 minutes?
