I just bought a new license key about 30 minutes ago. Will I get an email of the new key along with instructions? How does that work?

That did it. It worked. Unplugged computer for about a minute plugged back in and it worked. Now able to rip the disc.

Today I went to rip a UHD disc I just bought and it didn't work. Looked good so I tried again. Keeps saying No Disc after spinning for a couple of minutes. I was able to flash my 14SN40 and it now on the 16NS60 1.02MK version per the thread. Something is not correct. Because when I put a UHD disc in, it just spins and says trying to load. Eventually it stopped and said no disc.

I just installed my new drive. I checked that the drive is working and opened MKV and see the attached info for drive. I downloaded the latest flasher and it sees the drive but when I select the 14NS40 firmware I get a checksum message and says try again. See screenshot. Anything I may be doing wrong?

I have email one of them but never heard back.

My drive broke and I need a new one. I use 100% for ripping UHD and blu-rays. It needs to be a 5.25 in size.

Looking for something solid that I can add firmware to simply.

I had a disc explode in my drive and now my drive is done. Won't read anything. Never had that happen before but the drive was old and served me well over the last couple of years. I have never used soap but have cleaned them very vigorously with a micro fiber and still have issues.

I returned the discs one last time and will see if I still have issues.

I agree. Does this mean bad drive or bad disc. I am able to rip many UHD but I do run in to about 10-15% that have this issue. I have ripped about 30 discs and I would say 4-5 wont rip.. Any potential issues I should know about for this drive? I can rip some UHD discs with my ASUS drive but have been running into trouble getting many of them to burn.
