All these discs, while being able to rip them, they are all region locked.

This disc looks like it has an authoring issue, HDR will not work, although bdinfo states 4:2:0 -10 bits -BT.2020.

Does anyone how to fix it?

My bad, i was trying to flash firmware 3.02 on a new ASUS BW-16D1HT that came with 3.10, only got update failure error, then flashed 3.10 mod perfectly.
