I just picked up the Tom and Jerry set on sale. I cannot open the disc in MakeMKV on either of my BD drives. First time I've ever seen the "Failed to Open Disc" error for any title. Has anyone else had issues?

Oddly enough, the first and third disc worked fine, but not the second. I submitted a dump for that disc.

Never had to do this. I was able to find the file but where does it get dropped? The MakeMKV folder does not show an existing keysdb.

I used the first one in the list, it all seems correct and in English.

I ripped mine back in May without issue using MakeMKV.
