I'm ripping Ava right now on my WH14NS40 drive. Originally it would just spin. I closed MakeMKV, opened/closed the drive tray, then re-opened MakeMKV. Initially it threw the same "No disc inserted". But I just tried to re-open the disc in MakeMKV and it came up immediately. *shrug*

I figured out what was causing the slow rip speeds. The default profile I use is one I picked up off this forum. It causes certain audio codecs (TrueHD, for example) to be converted lossless to another format. When I change the default back to MakeMKV's default, it rips pretty quickly, normally arou...
