Until it's an option I was able to download and use mkvtoolnix to get it done from the command line as part of my script: mkvmerge.exe -o C:\Output\Directory\Filename.mkv -a 2 -S C:\Input\Directory\Filename.mkv (That grabs all the video tracks, the audio track labeled 2 (which from what...
