For cases like this. It looks like mkmkv is not reading the contents correctly, but there are a lot of times I want to unselect all, then select just the top item.

Where is the reference for custom file names?
I want to rip files to a single folder, using the name of the movie and the year in parentheses: c:/temp/Godzilla (2014).mkv This will make it easier for handbrake to batch convert. Also, for TV series, c:/temp/Game of Thrones/Season 1/Game of Thrones - S01E01.mkv (Plex naming format) would be great...
