They're not in the KEYDB. I was unable to find the unit keys. I know they were created on Pioneer drives so I'm not sure if someone can process them or not for the KEYDB.

No they all contain all the keys.

I don't know. My tool definitely puts the keydb in the proper folder as it reads the registry value for MakeMKV's data directory to find it. It doesn't "guess". I've never had a disc that has a keydb entry with a VUK not work in MakeMKV.

Run findvuk's validatedisc command on that disc then.
Replace X with the drive letter for the disc.

Your disc is in the keydb with disc id
if you're on windows you can use my tool to sync the keydb. Found here: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=16883&p=166510#p166510

Yea, what you can "see" on the disc is not relevant. A lot of times they come with an oily film on them. I personally use dawn dish liquid (hey good enough for ducks, good enough for discs LMAO) and a microfiber cloth. The type of drive can certainly make a difference. I've not had to touc...

Here are common things we hear said all the time about why it can't possibly be a disc issue: 1) The disc "looks pristine" and can't possibly be the problem 2) I can play the disc on X so ii can't possibly be the problem 1...human eyes are hardly enough to see microscopic issues on a disc....

Then get the disc replaced.

This entry has been fixed in the keydb.

Yea I tried uploading the fixed entry and it won't accept it. When I resynced the keydb it reverted what I changed. Lovely.
