looks like someone already added that one to the keydb.
Use my tool to sync the keydb and MakeMKV will be able to open it.

I don't do anything with keys myself but others will likely pick up your dump if it was created with an LG drive. My tool is for syncing the keydb to MakeMKV using FindVUK under the covers.

I don't have a lot of time at the moment but if I remember next time I'm in there I can add that.

I've been away for a while but it would seem that a lot of people are posting dumps for discs that are already in the keydb. This is where my tool may be helpful. It'll use FindVUK to sync the keydb, and then the Disc Info button will display whether the disc is already supported in the keydb or not...

Nope. Sounds like an issue with the drive and/or disc. If Windows doesn't recognize it there's an issue in one of those two.

I'm guessing you used the Validate button? That's a FindVUK error stating that it couldn't validate the unit keys. And indeed for whatever reason there does seem to be a problem with this one. You'll have to wait for someone who knows more to look at that dump cause something's definitely odd. EDIT:...

You'll want to use the synchronize function periodically as keys are added constantly.
