You're misinterpreting what Nevcariel is saying. LAV Filters is still not going to help the MKV ripping tools. It's designed for playback. He's saying exactly what I've said....the MKV container loses certain information when moving from M2TS container to MKV. That information is what informs player...

It doesn't really work like that. When moving a seamless branch title from m2ts files to mkv files, some of the timing information is lost (I'm vastly oversimplifying here). The issue is that frames overlap and/or have gaps. The way they are stored in an m2ts container is different than how they are...

Totally not necessary. I'm glad you find it useful. I wanted to make using Nalor's FindVUK program easier for people who aren't used to dealing with command line that's all.

It means your drive is having issues reading the disc.

It also looks like LibreDrive isn't working right. Make sure the drive is getting enough power and reboot everything.
