That dump file doesn't look right.

EDIT: Doesn't seem to matter. Looks like that title is in the keydb.cfg file. Grab the latest, extract it, and copy it to your MakeMKV folder that your tgz file is created in. Restart MakeMKV and you should be good to go.

That disc is most definitely in the keydb.cfg. Maybe re-download it and make sure it's extracted before copying it to the MakeMKV folder that your tgz files are created in.

It means they were added to the publicly available keydb.cfg file that you can download from the link, extract the keydb.cfg file from the archive, and copy it to your MakeMKV folder where your tgz dumps are created. Restart MakeMKV and you'll be good to go.

Oooph! From what I read the true original uncut movie and original audio track has never been released/seen in public. Supposedly nobody can track down the original physical film to do a 4K release, so what we get is a bit of a mix of other releases. That figures. UGH. I'm not a huge Van Damme fan....

And make sure you extract it. KEYDB.cfg needs to go into the makemkv directory, not the zip file or other compressed file that gets downloaded.

In theory the MakeMKV integration with JRiver and/or VLC should provide what you need. I've seen that it doesn't always work for people. But if you want to try it (you say you have it working for DVD's so this may be redundant if you've already tried this, but I want to be thorough), go into MakeMKV...
