Here's an update:

I solved this by manually removing the following files from /usr/lib and /usr/lib64

• libdriveio.so.0
• libmakemkv.so.1
• libmmbd.so.0

Re-downloaded/built and now everything works ok. Just thought I would post it here in case it helps someone else!
