So this is just a conversion from a blog page on The Digital Bits, nothing in here is entered manually. If they had that data I’d pull it in! Do you know if there’s somewhere I can get that info and automate it?

Strange Darling was probably the most RED movie I've ever seen...insanely saturated. But, I assumed this was on purpose: at the start there's a banner on screen "Shot completely on 35mm film". So I assumed the filmmakers really wanted to drive that fact home with some deep, saturated reds ...

Try using mkvtoolnix

This worked! I didn't realize MKVToolNix could open files other than MKV, but sure enough it can!

You ran the wrong .bat. You are supposed to run the synchronize .bat not AACSkeys.
