I am having the same issue sort of, my drive is not reading any Discs, DVD or Blue Ray. I have taken apart and cleaned still no joy. Changed cable, tried it on another Mac... no matter what I try Make MKV sees the drive, shows all the info about the drive... but im always getting a no disc inserted....
