I think there are 2 problems, 1. hkdata.fairuse.org is no longer active and used, DNS name doesn't resolve. 2. I've got the BD-RE BU40N drive on 1.03 MakeMKV firmware and its not recognising the 2nd disc of my Anime Bluray.

There is no error in MakeMKV apart from "No disc inserted", Windows 10 cannot see a disc either, however the same disc works fine in my Xbox One X drive.
