If that film is very grainy, the file size will be bigger. Encoding grain is difficult (and takes up space!).

Encoding with HDR10+

So, now that we can get DV and HDR10+ output in our MKV files, I was wondering if any encoding software can handle HDR10+ yet? I know many people don't encode, but I do simply to save space. I have been using Staxrip to encode with vanilla HDR10 and to preserve the 10-bit colour. As I have a Samsung...
