Flashing your drive for LibreDrive support should be pretty straight forward. Just follow the instructions in the Ultimate UHD Drives Flashing Guide.

There are links in there to the firmware you need and, if you're on Windows, to the SDF tool to flash the drive.

What was the name of the dump file you emailed? Posting the name of that file will let others know if their copy is the same as yours or if their copy will need a different hashed key.
