Is your drive flashed to support LibreDrive? Can you post your MakeMKV drive info (from the first screen of MakeMKV)?

Have you tried gently cleaning the disc? And perhaps a different drive? In my experience, some drives just don't like some discs.

What was the name of the dump file you submitted? Posting the name of the file helps other know if they need to submit their's as well.

Those errors mean there were spots on the disc that the optical drive was unable to correctly read. The general advice is to gently clean the disc and try again.
