I sent the same email to "svq@makemkv.com" a few days ago,
but I haven't received a reply, so I'm posting this on the forum.

You won't receive a reply via email, but eventually when you try the disc again, MakeMKV will download a hashed key for the disc so it can be decrypted.

Email the dump file it made to svq@makemkv.com.

You could also make the dump available for the Public KeyDB.

The Hashed Keys section of the UHD FAQ will answer a lot of questions.

I don't have that disc. Does one of them have chapters and one does not?
