I would guess it can rip DVDs and Blu-rays but it can't rip 4K UHDs.

There's a post on this forum about MakeMKV's various DVD Opening Modes.

It is up to you to properly name things in MakeMKV. If Expert mode is turned on it is relatively easy to do. Changing names with Expert mode enabled

Since that drive has the MT1939 chipset, it is too old to support ripping UHDs. If you try to flash it you'll brick the drive.

Assuming wyliec2 emailed the dump to svq@makemkv.com, then the necessary key will eventually be available. It is acceptable, however, to submit your dump as well just in case.

I don't have this disc, but since it is a new release it might need a hashed key for MakeMKV to be able to rip it. Can you post the full lof of MakeMKV trying to rip the disc? Did it say it made a dump file? If so, what is the full name of the file? Did it say anything about trying to download HKs?
