hi, thx for the link. xmbc sounds interesting, i will give it a trie if i fail to get it to work with xine :) I already compiled makemkv successful without gui (i can post the makefile, if someone needs it), but the playback of Avatar on xine is reeeaaalllyy slow. Is this normal? I have a Intel i7 8...

how can i compile makemkv without gui?
I dont want to install qt4 just for makemkv, cause i just need makemkvcon for blueray-playback

I tried to remove the makemkvgui entries in the makefile, but it doesn't work :/
